RawEvent → WireItem（保留）| null（被丢弃）；丢弃是正常返回 null 不抛错，调用方据 null 跳过发送。 条件同步：beforeEmit 缺失或同步返回时同步产出（卸载路径依赖此同步性——事件须在当前任务内 走完管线入队才赶得上卸载排空）；钩子返回 Promise 才转异步
